Shipping Policy



All orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. Please be sure to provide us with your correct email address. Once the courier is in possession of packages, we are no longer responsible. If any issues should arise with the transit of your package, please contact the courier. 


It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. 


If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to show. 


If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate the matter. We can not be held accountable for packages with tracking information confirming delivery to the order address.

Orders can't be modified or canceled once they are processed.


Colors may vary due to resolution. 


Please check merchandise immediately. All damages must be claimed within 2 days of receiving merchandise and will be issued a store credit.
